Lip Augmentation
Lip Augmentation is a cosmetic procedure that can give you fuller, plumper lips. These days, an injectable dermal filler is the most commonly used method of lip augmentation. There are many types of dermal fillers that can be injected in your lips and around your mouth. But the most common fillers today are products that contain substances similar to hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the body. It helps increase volume in your lips. Collagen, once the most common dermal filler, is used less often today. The newer options are safer and the effects last longer.

Skinnovate Aesthetics only use fillers that contain hyaluronic acid such as Juvaderm and Revolax.
Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are small injections of gel, typically made up of hyaluronic acid, that fill in wrinkles and add volume to soft tissue. You can have dermal fillers in different parts of your face: around the eye, cheeks, mouth and jawline, as well as lip fillers administered directly into the lip tissue.
Fillers basically restore lost volume to your face and plump areas, so that deep set lines are smoothed. Why is this needed? Well, as we get older our bodies stop producing collagen and elastin, both of which contribute to the youthful look. Experts argue over when we start losing collagen; but the generally agreed age is 25. Which is pretty young, right? Your collagen and elastin levels then decline at a rate of about 2% per year, and you body will have stopped producing it altogether by your late twenties.
Fillers have been used for decades to restore lost volume or add lift.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
The non surgical rhinoplasty (or nose fillers) is a real favourite of ours. This is one of our signature WOW factor procedures, as it magically reshapes noses, without the need for a scalpel. The non surgical nose shaping treatment takes less than 30 minutes to perform, with no pain or side-effects and great results. With this procedure, we can do many things. We can correct imperfections after a surgical rhinoplasty, we can straighten injured noses and we can even build up and shape noses in Asian and Afro-caribbean patients who want to have bigger more European looking noses. All of these 3 applications are performed by a careful injection of hyaluronic acid fillers.
The most wonderful application of these non-surgical nose shaping techniques however, is definitely that in many cases we can replicate the surgical procedure alternative, by straightening the nose, evening out the dorsal hump, lifting the tip of the nose, changing the shape of the nostrils, and optically we can even make the nose look smaller. All via a non-surgical nose shaping procedure, utilising non surgical nose shaping and correction techniques
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Botulinum toxin injections, such as Botox are medical treatments that can be used to help relax facial muscles. This makes lines and wrinkles, such as crow's feet and frown lines, less obvious. They can temporarily alter your appearance without the need for surgery.

You won't see any difference straight away: it takes about three to five days before the injections take effect, and up to two weeks for the full effect to be seen. Avoid massaging or rubbing the treated areas for up to three days. The effects generally last for about four to six months. If you want to maintain the effect, you'll need regular follow-up injections. Typically, the three main treatment areas for Botox are the Glabella, the forehead and Crow's feet. However there is other areas in which Botox is used such as;
Brow Lift, Bunny Lines, Nasal Tip, Gummy Smile, Perioral Rhytides / Smoker’s lines, Downturned Mouth, Puckered Chin, Masseter Muscle, Playsmal Bands / Nefertiti Lift and Hyperhidrosis / Excessive Sweating

NeoStrata Chemical Peel
A NeoStrata ProSystem peel procedure is a specific technique for skin renewal. A high concentration of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) is safely applied to the skin for a short period of time then chemically neutralized to end the procedure. This procedure helps to exfoliate surface skin cells to reveal fresh skin, enhancing cell turnover and encouraging antiaging effects. A series of NeoStrata ProSystem peels can help the skin appear healthier, smoother, plumper, firmer, less oily, and more even-toned with fewer acne blemishes. AHA peels have the advantage of being non-toxic and are used for superficial peeling of the skin because they require little recovery time.
Customisable Procedures with 6 Face Peel Options
*Glycolic Acid peels: 20%, 35%, 50% and 70%
*Clarifying peel: 30% Mandelic and Citric Acid
*Brightening peel: 30% Citric Acid
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a physical exfoliation procedure. It requires the use of a sterile, surgical scalpel to gently "shave" the skin's surface, removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (aka peach fuzz). The procedure can be performed monthly, in less than thirty minutes, with no downtime post-treatment. Physical exfoliation triggers the cell regeneration process and allows products to better penetrate skin. Some clients also have a chemical peel post-dermaplaning for super clear skin. Dermaplaning is also excellent to rid the face of excess fine hairs which can often accumulate dirt and oil. Contrary to popular belief, vellus hairs, as opposed to terminal hair, will not grow back thicker or darker.
Gummy Smile
Some people feel that when they smile they show too much of their gums, or that their gums are simply too prominent when they smile – this is often referred to as a ‘gummy smile’. Gummy Smile is a phenomenon that when some people smile, their upper lip elevates too far above their upper teeth, exposing gums and producing an unattractive smile. One of the causes is a hyperactive muscle which elevates the upper lip. Occasionally, the gummy smile is also aggravated by a thin upper lip that further contributes to the problem by exposing the upper gum even more. Fortunately, gummy smile can be simply and effectively corrected with Botulinum toxin (commonly known as Botox) injections to reduce the activity of the muscle that elevates the upper lip.
